1. Requesting Alterations:
Should you require alterations, please reach out to us via email at [email protected] or contact us on +91 9380778101 (available Monday to Saturday, 11 am to 5 pm). Provide us with the details of the alterations needed, and we will guide you on the feasibility.
2. Alteration Limitations:
Due to the unique nature of our designs, some alterations may not be possible. This includes, but is not limited to, adjustments like hemline changes or fitting ‘alterations. Our team will make the final decision regarding these requests.
3. Alternative Solutions
If the desired alteration isn’t feasible, we may suggest exchanging your item for a different size of the same style, or we might offer to place a custom measurement order for you.
4. Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back to us for alterations. For altered items shipped within India, we will cover the return shipping costs. For international shipments, the shipping costs will be your responsibility.
